The BTCSoftware team continues to expand as it welcomes two new members to the company. With lots of interest in our Making Tax Digital-compliant software, we’ve been delighted to receive many new enquiries and welcome lots of new customers. Joshua Powell and Abby White recently joined BTCSoftware and are bringing some much needed help to our busy sales and technical support teams.
Joshua Powell has joined BTCSoftware as a Solution Support Technician and has come to us from a software company operating in the education sector. Whilst he is new to accounting and tax software, he has a lot of transferrable technical knowledge and is highly experienced in cloud-based solutions. Joshua is enjoying being part of the BTCSoftware team and says he’s ‘enjoying learning about the accountancy market and helping customers with their software-related questions.’ He’s already helped many new customers get BTCSoftware solutions loaded quickly and easily into their practice systems.
Abby White has joined BTCSoftware’s sales team to look after existing customer contracts. She has a background in customer care and is keen to apply her experience and knowledge to BTCSoftware’s customers – the UK’s accounting and tax professionals. Abby says, ‘I’ve really liked my first week at BTC and have been quickly getting up to speed with the customers and the software. The team here are really friendly and I’m looking forward to learning more and helping customers get a great experience from the BTCSoftware products.’
