Accounting Web and their parent group, Sift Media, were very keen for us to enter this year’s Software Satisfaction Awards. We came close to winning at the first attempt in 2010 but the business has grown significantly since then and we are determined to do even better this time round. You may be interested to know that according to the latest HMRC SA filing Figures for April (normally a quiet month for SA returns) our users filed nearly three times as many returns as last year with a 98.5+% first time filing success rate. Again proving you are using our software more and more but with very little effect on overall support activity.
