BTCSoftware users seem to a pretty organised bunch. Record numbers of returns are already being filed this month but with no noticeable increase in requests for support. We did close at 3pm on Friday because of the weather but are back open as usual today.
If you do need help don’t forget that as always in January, sales and support email channels will be monitored outside of normal working hours and any genuine emergencies will be dealt with.
