Which versions of Excel are supported?
CT Solution Advanced Requires Microsoft® Office Excel 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016, consisting of either a 32 or 64 bit for all the above versions.
If you are using the software with Microsoft office 365 you must have included a licence to download and install the desktop version of Excel 2013 or 2016, you can Click here for details. Please note as Microsoft office 365 is a subscription service, it is not a full version of office / Excel.
You will also need to ensure that your Microsoft® office software is kept up to date, please Click here for details.
Please note that Microsoft® have ended their support for the following versions; Excel 2000 on June 30th 2004, Excel 2002/XP on July 11th 2006 and for Excel 2003 on April 8th 2014.
Whilst the software effectively should work on the above Microsoft® versions, the withdrawal of their support means that we can no longer guarantee this.
This means an upgrade may be required to a later version of Microsoft® Excel, should you encounter a problem with the software which we believe is related to the version you are running.
