As of 7.45am, 28th August, Companies House staff have successfully completed restoration work on their IT filing systems. They are now processing the backlog that has developed following their processing issues.
Companies House has advised that customers should continue to file as normal. Further information will be available in due course (via the Companies House website) to keep Customers up-to-date with their continuing progress.
