The Self-Assessment deadline is finally over and for another year and we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief. We are delighted to report that with the hard work of our loyal clients we increased our share of the filing market by more than 20% when compared to 2015.
Our dedicated support team was on hand to help with the filing process throughout January. Over the course of the month they successfully solved all support cases raised including handling the large increase due to the filing deadline. They even worked over the weekend right up until midnight on the 31st. Fortunately most of the support calls were for a mixture of minor issues regarding forgotten passwords or expired licences so the team wasn’t too stretched in the run up to midnight.
