- Annual Licence cost: £240+VAT for the first user and a further £60+VAT per additional user.
- Monthly Subscription option: £20+VAT for the first user and a further £5+VAT per user.

Secure and robust cloud software products
With this option a firm’s database and their BTCSoftware product’s associated data is located in a secure UK-based Amazon data centre and its users each gain a licence for access.
Security has been a key consideration when developing the Solution and comprises two layers:
- Access to a firm’s database and files is through a VPN (Virtual Private Network) which stops anyone else from accessing their server
- There is also a second layer of security with a unique company registration key via your login.
Flexible and reliable accounting and tax software
The BTCSoftware new Cloud offering avoids the need for an accountancy practice to invest in, or maintain, a server, hardware support, operating system updates or back-up of their data. Everything is taken care of via the Cloud provision. Back-ups of data are performed automatically twice a day with a minimum 14 days of data retention.
