One of the regular grumbles we hear from our customers hasn’t anything to do with our software. It’s the annual challenge of how to get information out of their clients in order to file tax returns on time.
So we were interested to know what words of wisdom, tips and tactics accountants and tax specialists had on how they overcome this hurdle. We have devised a short survey and we are hoping to publish the results next month.
