The VAT Dashboard
The VAT dashboard is at the heart of BTCHub. It provides an easy overview of obligations and history.
The latest update means that you can select dates in the past to view older obligations, liabilities and payments. For businesses currently bringing their VAT account up-to-date with HMRC they can now manage their obligations submitted under MTD for prior periods. It also allows an easily accessible historical view for each VAT account submitted under MTD.
New: Account Information
This update introduces an account information section which displays:
- Total number of Clients
- Number of Active Clients
- Number of Individual Clients
- Number of Active Individual Clients
- Number of Organisations
- Number of Active Organisations
- Total number of Users
- Number of Active Users
- Licence expiry date
- Total number of VAT returns created this licence period
- Total number of VAT returns submitted this licence period
The account information section is accessed by clicking on the user name (top right) and then choosing Account Information.
Renewals
BTCHub now prompts users to renew their licences. Simply click through to the purchase page and submit your payment. Then, refresh BTCHub and the prompt to renew will be removed.
